Click-based MMORPGs?

There are a variation of text RPGs I guess where you have to spam links to your pets to increase their stats. Has anyone every played any of them? What do you think their appeal is, because there seems to be a lot of people who like them

Dragoncave is a really popular one, and I saw one with those test tube things. And the adoptables. Amd I remember you mentioned pokebattlers somewhere. I also think there's something called "my minicity" or something? There seems to be more and more of them.

basically yeah, browser based mmorpgs, where a click is an amount of time.
