The younger brother of EVE Online, Perpetuum, plans to add Player-Built Settlements (PBS) to his sandbox world to spice up the things a little, more likely with lots of wars, drama and lots of PvPew. A 10 people man team manages to build a interesting sandbox mmo, while 200 man teams are copying WOW mechanics and adding tons of cheesy voice overs and call it a day. Lovely times we live in.
