Rift

Every player experiences a different adventure in the living, breathing world of Telara. Rift: Planes of Telara has all of the traditional quests and deep story arcs you expect from a fantasy MMO role-playing game, but there is unpredictability to life in Telara that guarantees even familiar terrain can offer new dangers and opportunities.

Rift is the complete and full-featured MMO experience you’ve been waiting for: adventure in the world of Telara as either a noble Guardian or technomagical Defiant and enter a dynamic fantasy where eight primal forces battle for control and the landscape is ever-changing. Build your own class using the Ascended Soul system, embark on challenging quests, battle others in exhilarating Player vs. Player combat, achieve new heights of power by tackling epic raids, and so much more

Will Heroes of Telara have pvp and looting?

  • MMORPG Center

Not sure at the moment, it’s too early to say. All i can see at this time are the features on the about page: http://www.heroesoftelara.com/About

  • Victor

The site video says that pvp will be an option and has a video snippet with avatars in battle that seems like it’s from gameplay.

Playing the Beta - Way to Describe it: WoW Meets WaR - Problem is, you get this nagging feeling that “I’ve been doing this same thing in WoW.” Pretty graphics, nice spec lines, but all in all, you’re playing World Of Warcraft

4gig of ram and daul core isnt high spec, personally I’m running a I7 950 (8 core) 12 gig of ram, 320gig solidstate drive and a 2gig gfx card. I just hope the claim of a fully finished/polished game is true, I missed out on the beta but even the comments I’ve seen on that seem very promising, will this get me away from playing world of warcraft ? tahts what I want to know but I guess I’ll have to wait until march and see what its like from there.
